After playing Sonic Free Riders (and being one of the only people able to successfully navigate a course through its horribly broken controls) I realised Rouge's voice has changed again, it sounds similar to her original voice, which I thought was cool! But her outfit in the Riders series has always been a fond favourite of mine, so I was inspired to draw her wearing it once again.
This was done completely freehand, which is why it looks considerably wobbly in most areas. This is why I prefer vector line art. But a few friends enjoy my freehand stuff, so I guess this is a shout out to them!
