Before you ask about the odd colouring, basically Bex said she loves the idea of Rouge wearing blue as it suits her, then she was talking about yellow clothing being nice too, so I drew this then recoloured Rouge's outfit yellow and blue for her (ugh, recolour. Sorry)

Anyway hope you like it hun, and anyone else whos keeping tabs on my Rouge art!
